With more than 20 years of experience in project and portfolio management, William Wagner brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to his role at KGO. Known as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, William has built a reputation for stepping into complex, high-stakes initiatives and driving them to successful completion.
Throughout his career with the General Services Administration, William managed high-profile federal build-to-suit and tenant improvement projects valued up to $55 million. He has overseen as many as 15 concurrent projects, managing every phase from market surveys and procurement through contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and construction oversight. Frequently called upon to rescue projects in disarray, William has successfully reestablished schedules, rebuilt budgets, and aligned stakeholders to deliver mission-critical facilities on time and within scope.
His portfolio includes major courthouse developments, secure federal facilities, large-scale infrastructure upgrades, and complex repair and alteration programs across multiple federal buildings. Leveraging his architectural background and technical fluency, William has led cost-saving initiatives that preserved operational requirements while significantly reducing project budgets. He is particularly recognized for his ability to navigate politically sensitive environments, align diverse stakeholder groups, and bring clarity to technically ambiguous challenges.
