KGO began offering project and construction management services in 2007 as a small, woman-owned business. We started with a vision to create positivity in the world, and we were on a mission to transform and elevate commercial real estate services by introducing a “radical” concept about transparency. It was revolutionary at the time to think that you could build trust within owner, architect, construction, and vendor teams. We did it because we understood that strong teams accomplish great things together and our clients deserved the best. As workplaces and company cultures evolved, our clients needed more. It was no longer enough to only prepare workspaces for the workforce. We had to help our clients prepare their people for new workplaces, while connecting the once separate ideas of workforce and workplace.
Over the years, our vision grew as KGO expanded its services to help clients with change management, workplace strategy, and relocation management. Our client relationships are built to last, and we realize that we can only go as far as our clients can. Today, we are the largest woman-owned project management firm in the Mid-Atlantic region and work on projects all around the country for many different industries including corporate, government services, associations, education, legal, healthcare, non-profits, technology, and energy and utilities.
