As a Senior Project Scheduler, Nelson develops and maintains comprehensive construction schedules that clearly define logic, milestones, constraints, and resource requirements. He performs detailed QA/QC reviews of contractor schedule submittals, evaluates critical path performance, and ensures compliance with Earned Value Management standards.
