With a foundation in hospitality and commercial real estate, Ellison brings a relationship-driven, brand-focused approach to marketing and talent strategy. As Marketing and Talent Manager, she leverages her deep understanding of client experience, deal flow, and team dynamics to elevate both the firm’s market presence and its people.
Prior to joining the team, Ellison spent several years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed over 11 million square feet of office space across the DC Metro area. She played a key role in capital renovations, lease negotiations, and property improvements, and personally closed more than 150 leasing deals totaling over 3 million square feet. Licensed in Washington, DC and Virginia, she developed a sharp understanding of positioning assets, crafting compelling narratives, and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision—skills she now applies to marketing strategy and talent development.
Ellison began her career in Charleston’s high-end hospitality scene, where she refined her strengths in operations, communication, and customer experience. That service-first mindset continues to shape her approach—whether she’s building the firm’s brand, supporting recruiting efforts, or ensuring team members have the tools and visibility they need to succeed.
Originally from South Carolina, Ellison studied Marketing and Management at the College of Charleston and Bond University in Australia. A self-proclaimed real estate enthusiast, she is energized by spaces, stories, and the people behind them—and is most fulfilled when helping both talent and brands thrive.
