Darius Howell // Site Logistics Manager

Darius Howell is a logistics and site operations leader with more than 8 years of experience supporting hyperscale data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, and high-volume industrial environments. He specializes in OFCI MEP equipment logistics, coordinating complex mechanical and electrical systems from procurement through installation readiness, ensuring critical infrastructure is delivered, tracked, and staged to support zero-downtime execution.

Throughout his career, Darius has managed end-to-end logistics for large-scale capital programs, overseeing equipment such as AHUs, chillers, PDUs, CRAH/CRAC units, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, transformers, cooling towers, and pumps. He brings strong expertise in vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, 3PL management, and field installation support, with a consistent focus on maintaining schedule alignment and minimizing disruption in fast-paced construction environments.

Darius has led logistics and project execution efforts across hyperscale data center upgrades, fulfillment automation deployments, and mission-critical infrastructure programs. In his role with Amazon capital improvement projects, he managed more than 40 retrofit and upgrade initiatives totaling over $10M, achieving high schedule adherence through precise coordination of vendors, materials, and field teams. He has also supported large-scale automation and conveyor system deployments, ensuring equipment readiness, secure delivery, and seamless integration into live operational environments.

Known for his hands-on approach in the field, Darius has worked extensively across receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and on-site logistics management, while serving as a key liaison between owners, OEM vendors, commissioning teams, and construction partners. His ability to resolve supply chain disruptions, manage RFIs and change coordination, and maintain material flow has made him a reliable presence in high-pressure, mission-critical settings.

Darius brings strong technical fluency across OFCI MEP systems and automation platforms, including SAP, Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Project, along with OSHA 30 certification and PMP coursework in progress. His background spans both industrial automation and hyperscale data center environments, giving him a versatile understanding of complex, schedule-driven logistics operations.

With a focus on precision, safety, and execution, Darius supports KGO’s commitment to delivering efficient, coordinated, and high-performance outcomes across mission-critical construction programs.
