Brent Dudash is an accomplished operations, logistics, and program management professional with more than a decade of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and hyperscale data center projects. He brings a proven track record of leading complex field operations, overseeing project execution, and aligning construction activities with strategic program objectives across multi-million-dollar capital programs.
Brent currently serves in a senior superintendent capacity on hyperscale data center construction programs exceeding $400M, where he directs field operations, trade sequencing, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination across multiple subcontractor teams. He plays a critical role in OFCI logistics planning, managing equipment delivery sequencing, site access, laydown areas, storage, tracking, and installation readiness to ensure uninterrupted project flow and schedule integrity.
Throughout his career, Brent has led end-to-end field operations on major data centre and infrastructure projects exceeding $350M, consistently delivering work on time while maintaining strong safety and quality performance. He has overseen workforce planning, resource allocation, and OFCI coordination across large subcontractor groups, ensuring material flow and installation sequencing are fully aligned with construction milestones and site constraints.
Brent also brings a strong background in KPI tracking, milestone reporting, and risk mitigation, using data-driven visibility tools to proactively identify issues related to equipment delivery, constructability, and sequencing. His leadership ensures early resolution of field challenges while maintaining schedule and budget performance across high-pressure environments.
Prior to his construction leadership roles, Brent built experience in territory management, project management, and sales, where he developed strong client relationship skills and a foundation in contract negotiation, budgeting, and revenue growth. His operational background is further strengthened by his service in the United States Army, where he led high-complexity missions and received the Bronze Star Medal for leadership and execution under pressure.
