Alex Harris // Project Manager

With over a decade of experience managing complex construction projects across the country, Alex Harris brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to his role as Project Manager at KGO. His background spans mission-critical environments, federal portfolios, and large-scale corporate campuses, where precision, accountability, and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Since joining KGO in 2020, Alex has managed a diverse portfolio of projects for PEPCO/Exelon across five campus locations in the DMV region. His work has included structural builds, chemical lab HVAC upgrades, executive-level renovations, roofing replacements, EV charging installations, elevator modernizations, security upgrades, and major MEP infrastructure improvements. From conception to delivery, Alex oversees all aspects of project execution — including client management, budgeting, contract negotiation, financial planning, secure environment compliance, procurement, scheduling, and change management.

Prior to KGO, Alex served in senior project management roles with the General Services Administration, where he managed federally owned and leased buildings for the Department of Defense, FEMA, and the Intelligence Community. Throughout his career, he has consistently led mission-critical and secure-environment projects, balancing technical requirements with high-level stakeholder coordination and team leadership.

Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, he values clear communication and strong partnerships as the foundation of every successful project. His leadership style is grounded in accountability, proactive problem-solving, and delivering results that align with both operational needs and long-term client goals.
