Joanne Barron brings more than 25 years of experience in site logistics, materials management, and construction coordination across large-scale energy, infrastructure, and mission-critical projects. With a proven background supporting complex EPC environments, Joanne combines strategic planning with hands-on field execution to ensure materials, teams, and resources remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Throughout her career, Joanne has managed site logistics operations for high-value infrastructure programs ranging from $500M to multi-billion-dollar projects. Her experience includes overseeing material flow, warehouse and laydown operations, procurement coordination, delivery tracking, inventory control, and field execution support. She has successfully supported projects from preconstruction planning and procurement through installation, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring critical materials are available when and where they are needed.

Joanne has supported major power, renewable energy, and infrastructure developments internationally, including offshore wind, HVDC transmission, refinery, and utility projects. As a Site Logistics Lead and Materials Manager, she has coordinated with engineering, procurement teams, vendors, and construction partners to maintain schedule alignment, improve material visibility, and resolve logistical challenges across complex job sites. Her experience includes managing logistics operations for projects such as the $2.1B TenneT 2GW HVDC Program, the $3B Vineyard Wind 1 Offshore Wind Project, and the $6B Reficar Refinery Project.

Known for her ability to integrate quickly into fast-paced project environments, Joanne brings a strong understanding of construction sequencing, field coordination, and operational readiness.
