Sisto Andama is a results-driven Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative with extensive experience overseeing large-scale commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. With a strong foundation in project coordination, contractor management, and technical documentation, Sisto ensures that project specifications, schedules, and budgets are executed with precision and accountability.
Throughout his career, Sisto has managed projects from early planning through construction closeout, serving as a trusted liaison between clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders. He has significant experience reviewing and processing RFIs and submittals, leading contractor negotiations, conducting site inspections, and maintaining rigorous documentation standards to support successful project delivery.
In addition to traditional construction management, Sisto has played a leadership role in urban development and sustainable infrastructure initiatives, coordinating master planning efforts and supporting municipalities in achieving environmental certification goals. His background also includes managing technical compliance and construction documentation processes for major expansion projects, as well as developing asset management systems to improve long-term operational performance.
