With a background in both hospitality and commercial real estate, Ellison brings a dynamic, service-forward approach to managing projects and client relationships. She joined our team after several years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed over 11 million square feet of office space and played a key role in capital renovations, lease negotiations, and property improvements across the DC Metro area. Licensed in both Washington, DC and Virginia, Ellison has closed more than 150 leasing deals totaling over 3 million square feet.
Before entering real estate, Ellison honed her operations and customer experience skills in Charleston’s high-end hospitality scene—skills that still inform her thoughtful communication style and attention to detail. Whether she’s coordinating with architects, contractors, or tenants, Ellison brings structure, follow-through, and a calm, collaborative presence.
Originally from South Carolina, Ellison studied Marketing and Management at the College of Charleston and Bond University in Australia. A self-proclaimed real estate enthusiast, she’s energized by spaces and the people who use them, and is happiest when she’s helping both thrive.
