Lauren Palensky // Operations Manager

Lauren currently oversees day-to-day operations with an emphasis on processes, accounting, training, compliance, increased efficiencies of operations, administering benefits, and managing team activities related to office operations. She has extensive knowledge in the fields of program management and payroll services while working closely with many employee actions, including onboarding and performance management. Lauren is organized and closely follows all company, federal and state guidelines.

Lauren is a travelling sports mom and loves supporting her kids from the sidelines of soccer, volleyball, lacrosse and baseball fields – and has been doing so for the last 16 years!
